All of our beers are made with certified organic ingredients.

We have a small number of bottles of Oud Bruin available, aged for an additional 1.5 years in our barrel room. This extended aging has elevated the beer to a new level of complexity and balance. Oud Bruin is a blend of fresh and aged Flemish brown ale. 60% of the blend was aged for over 1,5 years in a red wine foudre and after that the beer was aged for another year in bordeaux wine barriques. We also blended in a few Bourbon barrels of stronger Flemish brown ale to give the blend a hint of American oak.
In the aroma I detect caramel, dried figs, mellow sweet tobacco, caramelized peaches with some more fresher hay and funk and a slightly zesty and fresh aroma. When tasting Oud Bruin I experience quite pronounced tannins, a lemony sourness, with some caramel sweetness and a very clean finish with a dry woody aftertaste.
This extended aging has balanced out all the flavors in the beer, resulting in a more rounded and complex character.
Store our beers upright or lying down in a cool, dark place. Our beers are best enjoyed between 12 and 14 degrees Celsius.
