Extended bottle aging has softened the beer and allowed the fruit to integrate more deeply, resulting in a harmonious balance between vibrant cherry notes and the complexity of our wild ales.

Rosato is now at a beautiful stage of maturity, with the fruit and wild ale character seamlessly integrated. Enjoy now or cellar for another two years. Store our beers upright or lying down in a cool, dark place. Best enjoyed between 11 and 13 degrees Celsius.
